Kathmandu - Miss Global International-2012 was held on Monday in Kathmandu. In the event, 16 contestants participated to claim the title of the year 2012. The title was awarded to Priyanka Bhandari, 17.

 The first runner-up was Priya Sigdel and the second runner-up title was awarded to Sonu Thapa Magar. Arya, along with the crown received 2 Lakh cash. First runner-up received 50 thousand cash. The second runner-up received 30 thousand cash.
