| New Load shedding schedule |
KATHMANDU : Nepal Electricity Authority has increased the load-shedding duration from the existing 40 to 69 hours a week effective from Tuesday.
With the new schedule coming into effect, there will be six to 11 hours of power cut every day.
The NEA has stated the load shedding hours had to be extended owing to increased demand during peak hours.
